Commission Process

If you check out my gallery and like what you see, you can reach out on Discord, DM me on social media, email me, or fill out the order form at any time!• You can send me your character's reference/s, description/s, and any ideas for the
ocommission at any time.• I will complete up to 3 rough concept sketches so you can choose which you
oprefer. These can be edited freely.
ooooo• If you provide references for the pose you desire, this part of the process
oooooowill go by much more quickly!• I send a minimum of 2 WIP pictures once the sketch is approved, and there is no
oupper limit, so you might end up with 10+ updates of a more complex
ocommission.
ooooo• Feel free to tell me if I get anything wrong or if there is anything I should
oooooocorrect! Minor corrections like markings or textures cost no extra, but
oooooocomplex changes (pose changes, color palette changes, light source
oooooochanges) will cost extra after the initial colored sketch has
oooooobeen completed.
ooooo• If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any
ooooooother visual elements specified in the provided visual references after the
oooooocolored sketch has been approved, I will make these edits at no additional
oooooocost. This also applies to design & stream asset commissions.

References &
Character Designs

• A fully detailed reference sheet is not required! I can work from scraps such as
oa description, info boards, mood boards, Pinterest boards, photos, etc.• If the commission requires a designing stage first, I will charge extra.
ooooo• Depending on the complexity of the design, with all the modifications,
oooooo corrections, and consulting, it can add up to an additional
oooooo 15% - 20% to the base price.• I mostly work with bright or pastel colors when it comes to detailed works. This
omeans I might alter the colors of character designs to fit in my style or decline a
odesign if I don't feel comfortable with bending my coloring style too much for it.
ooooo• I want to be sure that I enjoy the creative process and that you receive the
oooooo best possible art piece. I know my work methods and the style I paint,
ooooooshade, and texture in makes less saturated colors appear muddy.

Progress & Check-ins

• You are welcome to ask for progress updates on your commission at any time.• I work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the
odirection and guidance the client provides. I am happy to match a scene or pose
othat you specify, but please allow for and expect some variation!• If you would rather check in on my progress indirectly, please check my Trello
oworkspace. I keep track of all commissions currently being worked on here!

Payment Information

• I accept payments through Ko-Fi only, unless there are extenuating circumstances. All prices are listed on Ko-Fi.• You will receive the information regarding submitting payment when it is due.• Half of the payment is required after we agree on the rough concept, and the
o other half is required after the sketch has been approved by the client.
o Any personal information collected during payment will be kept private.• If you are not sure about anything listed here, please feel free to contact me!

Refund Policy

• If the commission is cancelled (either by myself or the client) before payment
o has been received by me, then the client will receive a full refund.• If the client cancels the commission during the commission process, the amount.
o refunded will be based on the following...
ooooo• Lineart stage: 60% refund
ooooo• Flat Color stage: 40% refund
ooooo• Shading stage: 20% refund

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following.

I, as the Artist...
• Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.
• Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising.*
• Maintain the right to turn down any commission, with or without provided reason.
• If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other
o visual elements specified in the provided visual references after the colored
osketch has been approved, I will make these edits at no additional cost.

You, as the Client...
• May NOT repost your commission for profit.**
• May print your commission for personal use.
• May edit, crop, and resize your commission. I require that you credit me for the
o piece regardless of cropping and sizing.
• May post the work to your own website/social media, but MUST credit the work to
o me or link my socials to the work.
• May request large edits and corrections at any time PRIOR to the approval of the sketch. Large edits and redraws after the approval stage must be paid for.
• May request small edits and corrections to finished pieces.

* I will not post pieces upon request. Please note that my default is to post them.
** You may use the commission for profit after the payment of an additional fee.

* This type of content will require more in-depth conversation regarding the
ocommission itself. Please reach out to me prior to placing the order so we can
odiscuss it! Please note that these commissions may also take longer for me to
odeliver depending on their complexity.
